Mullein
Mullein is high in iron, magnesium, potassium, and sulfur. It is considered the herb of choice for respiratory problems and pulmonary diseases. Mullein soothes, lubricates, and tones the respiratory system and aides in expectoration by stimulating fluid production.
Moringa
Referred to as the miracle tree, moringa is native to Ethiopia and northern Kenya, although it is grown in other parts of the world now. Moringa has been used to reduce inflammation, speed healing, aid in digestion, and enhance energy levels.
Lemon Balm
Lemon balm has been used to calm digestive tracts, improve sleep, boost the immune system, eliminate anxiety, and sooth menstrual symptoms.
To make tea, place the herbs (the more herbs you use, the stronger the tea!) in 1 cup of boiling water and cover (steep) for at least 5 minutes, or boil herbs in a small covered saucepan or tea kettle with strainer. Add honey or molasses to sweeten. Enjoy 1-2 cups of day.
